I've purchased the wrong size, can I return and exchange the item?

Absolutely, we have a returns, exchanges and refund policy that allow customers to either return items purchased in order to exchange for suitable size or receive a full refund. All returned items will need to be in the original condition and sent back to us within 28 days from receipt of the goods. You can check out our policies page for more information.

In order to return / exchange items purchased, please log onto your account on our website (if not created yet, you will need to create an account). Once logged on, you will see all your orders. Please select the order which contains the items you want to return/exchange and select the “Request Return” on the top right-hand side. This will then allow you to select the items you return and provide a reason for return as well as request an exchange for a bigger/smaller size in the notes section. Please be sure to specify the size for exchange. Once done, please click on “Request Return” and we will process this for you. We will then deliver the exchange or collect the return and refund.

The specific size I am looking for is unavailable for selection

Our website and applications work on a live stock count. Once a product is out of stock, you will be unable to purchase the product on the website. Please contact orders@myesquared.co.uk to let us know what you are looking for. We will be able to advise you on know when this will be next available.

How long will delivery take once I've ordered?

*We aim to deliver between 1-3 working days. However, this may take longer due to delivery slot availability as the number of slots per day is limited.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately we only offer a delivery option. This is at no cost to you.
