Return & Refund Policy

Esquared Clothing strives to ensure you are satisfied with all of your purchases. If at any time you need to return an item we are open to assisting in any way we can. We offer a standard 28 day returns policy which allows you to return any item if it doesn't meet your requirements, providing the item is unworn and in its original condition. All returns must be accompanied with your receipt to show proof of purchase.

All items can be sent to our return address (Provided at point of contact), alternatively you can contact Esquared Clothing to arrange collection.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Online Return Policy

We ask that all items are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Any returns that fall outside of the 28 days will not be accepted, unless it has been approved by a Director.

For any item that is deemed to be faulty, it can be returned within 1 months of when it was purchased. This will be inspected by us and if it is considered to be a manufacturing fault, the item will be replaced or refunded. All items that fall outside of the 1 months will require approval from a Director.

All refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receipt of returns.  The refund will be made in the same way as payment. We strongly recommend that a postal receipt is obtained for your return and that you check the value is protected in the event of being lost in transit. We may make a deduction for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the refund no later than 14 days after the receipt of your returned goods.

Exchanges

Any items that require exchanging that aren’t faulty need to be unworn and in re-saleable condition. Please contact our customer services on orders@myesquared.co.uk to arrange any exchanges.

All returns will be processed by Esquared Clothing within 24-48 hours of receipt of goods. This can be longer during our busy summer season. If for any reason there is a difference in cost for your returns, a member of our team will contact you to advise of the amount that is owed or due to be refunded.

Any items that are out of stock that are required to fulfil an exchange will be placed on back order and you will be notified accordingly.

Incorrect Orders/Faulty Products

If there are any items that are sent to you incorrectly or if an item is found to be faulty. You will need to contact our customers services on orders@myesquared.co.uk. It is important to make sure that you keep your receipt as the returns remain your responsibility until such a time they are delivered to us.
